Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items are in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items are returned in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, sports bras, leggings, and intimates must be tried on over undergarments. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Estimated shipping timelines are shared at checkout, and any delays will be communicated via email.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-order items (unless defective)
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved. Exchanges may be offered as store credit, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as THRĒ Aktiv is not responsible for lost returns.
